WHERE AND HOW do u get regirock,regice and registeel?
If you are talking about in D/P you need to get them in ruby or sapphire and migrate them in ruby you need to have wailord and relicanth in a certain order either relicanth in the first slot and wailord in the last or vise-versa and go into an underwater cave between Pacifidilog Town and Slate Port(I think) then read the dot writing in the back and it should say a door has opened somewhere(that is where they are) Registeel is between Fortree and Lilycove and Regirock is in the dessert and you will have to find Regice on your own.
