This can happen if you have the Debug parameter set in your AuthBy IPASS, but you do not write permission to the ipass trace file (usually /usr/ipass/logs/iprd.trace). You can either alter the permissions on /usr/ipass/logs/iprd.trace or else set a different trace file with the Trace parameter. 67.
