This is a known compatibility issue with Reference Manager 8.x/9.0 and recent versions of Windows when you manually enter data using the default font — Arial. The workaround for this specific issue is to change your default font in Reference Manager to use any font except Arial. Go to Tools/Options/General tab and change the default font to use any other font except Arial. Now this will prevent any more text from appearing in Greek, but to change the data you have already entered you need to edit each record individually. Highlight the Greek text and then de-select the Greek font button in the toolbar. Then save the record. We also recommend that you upgrade to version 9.5 (for current 9.0 users) or version 11 (for all other users) as this will resolve the Greek display issue as well as some other minor bugs. Version 9.0 users may download a free update to 9.5 here. For version 8.x users, upgrade pricing and information is available here. • Is it better to select items in the keyword,
