Yes. Zoono Germ Free 24 does not inhibit the normal function of the skin. The silicate layer produced by application of Zoono GermFree24 and which bonds to the skin is transparent to gasses and allows the skin to “breath” normally. It has a tendency to reduce moisture loss, hence a moisturizing agent.
