When you type in the customers username and password, what to you do if the customers name is less than 5 letters?
There is no system requirement that either the username or password be the same as the customers last name. If the customers last name is less than 5 letters, add additional letters or numbers so its at least six characters long. The only other system requirements are that the username cannot be already assigned to another customer and the username and password cannot be the same.
