When you compare the Hellblazer comic with the movie Constantine, which one is better?
The comic book will always be better as it is the source for the movie. The movie was alright for what it was. I think of most comic book movies as presenting a different perspective of the comic, sometimes it is good ans sometimes it is bad. I think the movie versions can be a means to gaining new readers by at least showing them core elements of the comic. It is really a double-edged sword.
