If you are using AOL be sure you are not using the version of Internet Explorer in AOL. Once connected to AOL, just minimize the AOL window and then click on the blue “e” (the Internet Explorer icon) on your desktop. Do you have a toolbar installed (i.e. Google, or Yahoo) or any other application that may “block pop-up” advertisements? If so, you may try disabling the pop-up blocking feature of your toolbar or uninstalling the toolbar.
