When writing a report and the Impairment Calculator is in the process of retreiving data previously entered, my computer screen display appears to be jumping erratically. What does this mean?

This is the NORMAL response of the program as it gathers the information to write the report. It is not necessary to do anything. Once all the data is collected and the report is generated, the computer screen display will return to its steady state.
