When would the construction start for Phase 1 and when would the possession be given?
The Empyrean Phase I – Grande, construction has already started, our Corporate Office is already functional at the site, a demo unit of apartment & Villa (construction already initiated) to demonstrate the quality of designing and construction. All fitments will be on display, landscape & greenery across 5 acres which is part of the township will be visible. Possession for Phase I – Grande will be given – 24 months after signing the Agreement to sale with you. The earliest date of possession will be January 2012.
