When winter comes do western women still walk around half naked?
As salaamu ‘alaikym, my brother. Insha’Allah, having lived in south Texas where, during the winter, the temperatures reach in the 80s on occasion, I can honestly say that yes, some still go out half or less than half dressed and they appear to have no shame about it. The West has lost touch with any sense of spirituality it might have laid claim to. All of their religions, even eclectic American Buddhism, has become a for profit, commercial enterprise and they have been lead astray by the same. One is literally surprised when he or she sees a woman wearing a skirt or a dress as such is seldom the case anymore, even among professional women who are employed outside of their homes. Insha’Allah, it always a pleasure to go to the masjid and see the sisters there so as to recall that there are still some women in this country that have some self respect and are not trying to sell themselves.
