TechNet and MSDN subscribers will be able to download Windows 7 RC as of April 30th. Regular users will get to download the OS as of May 5th. This information has been confirmed by Windows Communications Manager on the Windows Client Communications Team, Brandon LeBlanc: “I’m pleased to share that the RC is on track for April 30th for download by MSDN and TechNet subscribers.
