Best Buy and Wal-Mart’s Black Friday ads have been released and confirmed. Let the shopping begin… in a week. The day after Thanksgiving was probably first called Black Friday by Philadelphia police in the 1960’s because of the heavy traffic from shoppers. But the history of the day is not important. What is important are the screaming deals and inevitable stampedes. If you’re expecting to take advantage of the sales, be sure to go to bed early Thanksgiving night. Best Buy and Wal-Mart are opening their doors at 5 a.m., as well as Target. Some stores, like Toys R Us, are overachieving and opening their door at midnight Thursday. In general, though, the crowds will start gathering in the wee hours of the morning. These deals shouldn’t be missed. At Wal-Mart, they’ll only last until 11 a.m., but if you can get in the door, try to grab DVDs at $2 each or a Sony Bravia 40″ LCD 1080p HDTV to watch them on for $598. Of course, there’s more than just electronics. How about $9 jeans or $3 ki
