The addition of TBI questions to ePDHA forms are pending final staffing and approval of the question language by the Department of Defense Health Affairs [(DoD (HA)]. Once the new questions are officially released by DoD (HA), the new information will be incorporated into the ePDHA forms on MC4 systems.
