When will transfers show up on the account balance given on CitiBusiness Online screens?
Account balances are generally updated immediately on CitiBusiness Online with the exception of credit accounts. When transfers or payments are made to or from revolving credit accounts, credit account balances will be updated immediately. However, when transfers or payments are made to installment loan accounts, the credit account balances will not be updated on CitiBusiness Online until the next business day. In order for funds transferred into an account to be available for incoming debits, such as checks or ACH payments, for that business day, the transfer must be authorized and executed by 5 PM ET (in CA and NV, the cutoff time is 5 PM PT). Transfers or payments will be reflected next day.
