When will TI customers be able to order Burr-Brown products directly from TI and vice versa?
On November 1, 2000, customers will have a common interface to TI. If the customers are currently direct customers of either Burr-Brown or TI or both, they will be able to buy products directly with one transaction. If the customers utilize distribution, they will continue to buy their TI product from TI’s authorized distributors and Burr-Brown products from Burr-Brown’s authorized distributors. Integration of the distribution channel is expected to be completed in 1Q ’01 for North America and Asia, and in 2Q ’01 for Europe and Japan.
