League tables mean nothing. They’re not worth the virtual paper they’re written on. I’ve worked in some sh*t schools which have brilliant Ofsted results, and I’ve worked in some great schools with sh*t Ofsted results. Schools learn to jump through the hoops that Ofsted set. An Ofsted report only means the school was acting in a certain way for the 2 days they were inspected.
