When will the values used in the conversion charge calculation be available?
Conversion Charges for changes occurring in 2007 (effective on 1/1/08) would not be able to be calculated until February of 2008. Even though estimates can be calculated, Conversion Charges will not be issued until the change in use is reflected on the 1/1/08 assessment roll and the property owner has the opportunity to appeal that classification change at the 2008 Board of Review.
