When will the Public Sector Reform Act 2010 come into operation?
The operative provisions of the Public Sector Reform Act 2010 commence on proclamation. Part 2 (which establishes the independent office of the Public Sector Commissioner and deals with a range of other amendments) will be proclaimed on 1 December 2010. Part 3 (which contains the amendments dealing with the disciplinary process) will come into effect on 28 March 2011.
