Registration of the Enduring Power of Attorney will only happen if the Public Guardianship Office receives no objections to the registration. The Public Guardianship Office will wait at least 35 days have passed since the last EP1 notice has been sent. If no objections have been made by the Donors relatives during the 35 day period, the Enduring Power of Attorney will be registered.
