When will the next yu-gi-oh tournament be?
As of right now, all major Upper Deck tournaments have been canceled until further notice. This means no Regionals, Shonen Jumps, Hobby League tournaments, National Championships, or World Championships. I’m not sure about local tournaments as some tournament centers and local hobby shops might still run their own tournaments just for fun. None of them will be sanctioned by Upper Deck or Konami so the prizes will solely be up to store running them. They didn’t mention anything about Sneak Previews, but I’m pretty sure these will count as well. This is because of all the legal issues between Konami and Upper Deck. Konami isn’t sending any of their product so that Upper Deck can distribute them. You can’t have a Hobby League if you don’t have Champ Packs or Parallel Promos to hand out as prizes. You can’t have Shonen Jumps if none of the officials show up and there are no prizes to hand out. Just thought you should know.
