When will the new service delivery process be implemented University-wide?
The transition to the new service delivery process will begin in October; full implementation for most of the process is expected by the end of November. By March 1998, the appropriate ITD service delivery staff will be trained and able to provide campus users of voice and data service with structured project management for large and complex requests. They will also be able to provide users with proactive analysis of how different voice and data technologies can help units perform their mission more effectively.
