When will the new Flix be available?
All new dvds that are available have been ordered and most of them are already here. It takes us a few weeks to get them cataloged and ready for check out. Our goal is to have them available for you after Spring Break. The following dvds have not yet been released and will be available approximately 2 weeks after their release date: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Defiance, Doubt, Frost/Nixon, Gran Torino, Quantum of Solace, Revolutionary Road, Slumdog Millionare, Twilight. Why are there DVDs on this list that weren’t on the ballot? Well, there are a couple of reasons. One is that we had several successful write-in campaigns this year. Little Women, The Butterfly Effect, Old Boy and The Big Bang Theory weren’t on the ballot, but enough people wrote them in to qualify for purchase. Another reason is that we’ve had some donations from private collections.
