When will the money from a standing order credit the beneficiarys account?

Standing orders where the beneficiary’s account details begin 40 (ie, HSBC accounts), will normally be received on the same day as the standing order is sent, (subject to sufficient funds including any agreed overdraft covering the standing order payment being in your account on that day). All other standing orders will normally take 3 working days from the day the standing order is sent (subject to weekends, non-working days, cut-off times and sufficient funds including any agreed overdraft covering the standing order payment being in your account on that day).
