When will the Iowa Memorial Union (IMU) reopen?
It’s too soon to say. Many IMU services—including the University Book Store, the University of Iowa Community Credit Union, Union Station, and others—are located on the building’s lower level, which took on several feet of water. The flood has affected systems throughout the building, so it’s hard to predict when all or part of the facility will reopen. Check the IMU web site for the latest information.
