Liberty Mutual and Quincy Mutual have already completed the process of issuing refunds. Safety completed the process of sending proffer letters and release forms to eligible policyholders on September 15, 2010 and is now in the process of sending checks to consumers who return signed release forms to Safety. Arbella, Hanover, Plymouth Rock, Pilgrim Insurance and Metropolitan P&C will begin sending checks to affected consumers in late October. Norfolk & Dedham (“N&D”), OneBeacon (aka Mass Homeland) and USAA is expected to begin issuing refunds later this fall. NGM Insurance Company (“NGM”) is expecting to issue checks in March 2011.
