When will the cashback show in my account?
Cashback will show in your account once the transaction is tracked by the online merchant from whom the purchase was made. Merchants have their own timescales for processing the transactions and releasing the commission due to us – this can vary between 24 hours to a week or two. A few merchants process transactions in batches and report only once or twice a month, but this is quite unusual. You can be assured that there will be little or no delay on our part in crediting your cashback. As soon as we receive the commission from the online retailer, we pass the cashback on to you.
