Donors who’ve pledged online should receive immediate confirmation of their donation by e-mail. An official electronic tax receipt will be sent attached to a separate e-mail to the same address 6-8 weeks later. If you do not receive your receipt or if you would like to have a receipt mailed to you instead, please contact us by e-mail at greatridesupport@ontario.cancer.ca.
