The pedestrian overpass will open INSERT DATE HERE. It will include elevators and stairs east and west of the railroad tracks to provide a safe crossing due to the safety concerns associacted with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad. Currently at grade crossings are not allowed on this private railroad property.
