When will survey vendors be notified of CMS approval?

Survey vendors will be notified by August 31, 2010 whether they have met the initial requirements to be conditionally approved to conduct the 2011 Medicare CAHPS Surveys. Notifications will be sent via email. These vendors will still need to meet all training requirements in order to be fully approved to participate in data collection in 2011. In addition, the list of conditionally approved survey vendors will be posted on the MA & PDP CAHPS Web Site by September 30, 2010 and a final list will be posted after the completion of training.
