When will Soundshop DJ and Video arrive on the day of the event?
The videographer will arrive at the ceremony location well before the start to capture pre-ceremony events. The DJs will arrive at the site of the special event 1-2 hours before it begins. We are generally completely set up before the first guest arrives. Many other companies have to dodge guests with their equipment as they are setting up while guests are arriving.
