The outcomes of the Government’s review is expected to be announced early in the New Year (2011). Further guidance will be developed once Ministers have had the opportunity to consider any recommendations. NHS Employers will be working closely with the Department of Health, and other key partners to ensure that interim guidance is provided to the service as soon as more information becomes available from the Home Office.
