Participation cards are no longer issued or needed. You should contact RideSmart at 1-877-433-3463 when a Guaranteed Ride Home is needed. RideSmart will verify your GRH enrollment, information and eligibility and arrange for pick-up from your place of employment only. You will be provided with an authorization code that must be given to the service provider at pick-up along with your identification.
