When will property owners start paying the MSD property tax?
Should the MSD be established in May or June 2011 and the property tax rate included in the FY12 Annual Operating Budget the tax will appear in the September 2011 property tax statements. These property taxes will be paid concurrently with other Wake County and Morrisville property taxes via mortgage escrow accounts or individually paid by January 2012.
