Very soon! President Papadakis is sending a memo to all PHEC employees this week or next announcing the changes being made by PHEC to its retirement plan. The first phase of a three-phase equalization effort will go into effect on July 1. The new terms will apply to CHNP and SPH employees, too, through December.
