As soon as final state assessment data become available, the Department of Education begins the process of using this data to prepare the report cards, including adequate yearly progress (AYP) and grades in the Education YES! accreditation program. The report cards are available for data verification and appeal after assessment data has been processed. Report cards are released to the public when all appeals have been resolved.
