The ISA referral guidance came into force from 12 October 2009, organisations should use the new single ISA feferral form which is downloadable from the ISA website. New duties to share information and make referrals to the ISA affect all: • Regulated Activity Providers (e.g. health and social care bodies) • Personnel Suppliers • Keepers of Registers • Supervisory Bodies • Local Authorities • Education and Library Boards and HSC bodies The above bodies also have a duty to provide any information they currently hold to the ISA on request.
