When will NTRUEncrypt be adopted as a standard?
NTRUEncrypt is currently being considered by the members of the P1363 working group. The formal adoption won’t come until the entire 1363B standard is ready and voted upon, but members of the working group can raise questions or objections at any time. Thus far, there have been no significant questions about any of NTRUEncrypt’s techniques.
