Requests for Check Copies will be processed in a timely manner, depending upon the other copy requests in the work queue. Requests for Share Withdrawals by Check will be processed on the same business day if submitted by 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Requests submitted after 2:30 p.m. ET, will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
