When will native SIP support be available for HMP?

0

Native Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) support on the Windows operating system will be available in HMP Release 1.1 in 2003. Native SIP support for the Linux operating system is planned for 2004. However, a third-party SIP stack can be used with the first release of HMP to enable SIP support. The H.323 stack from RadVision* is included in Release 1.0 of HMP, and any other third-party call control stack can also be integrated for SIP support. HMP is delivered with a software library that contains an API for such integration, and the media processing APIs delivered with HMP can still be used.
