When will my Telehop HomePhone service start?
Your Telehop HomePhone Kit will arrive in within 7 business days after registering. You can install and start using it in minutes. However, switching service from your phone company to Telehop can take 4-6 weeks. While you use Telehop as a secondary line(during your service switch waiting time or permanently) your new service will be setup with an hour.
Your Telehop HomePhone Kit will arrive in within 7 business days after registering. The service will already be activated. You can install and start using it in minutes. However, switching your existing phone number from your phone company to Telehop can take 4-8 weeks. Telehop will provide you with a temporary phone number while we wait for the transfer of your phone number. Telehop will work with your existing phone company to transfer the number to us. We will notify you once this is completed so you can close your account with the other phone company. If you would like a new number with Telehop service you will be connected via a new number with an hour.
