When will my phone service and/or DSL Internet service be transitioned to Primus Canada?
Your transition will take place approximately 30 days from when you received your letter from Rogers and Primus Canada. You will receive a Primus Canada Welcome Kit, mailed to you before your transition date, with all the details of your new phone service and/or DSL Internet service and features as well as an automated telephone call notifying you of your exact transition date before the transition takes place.
