When will my payments be sent using First eBanking with Bill Pay?
When you choose to make a payment, you can select to process it on that same day or you can select a specific date up to one month in advance. If you select to process the payment on that same day, and submit the request prior to 8:00 PM EST on a normal business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), the funds will be withdrawn from your account that day and the payment will be sent the following business day. If you select to send a payment on a non-business day, the payment will be processed, along with the funds withdrawal, on the next business day and sent out on the business day following that. If you choose to process a payment on a future date, the funds will be withdrawn from your account on that day, and sent the following business day. If the future date you have chosen is a non-business day, the payment will be processed, along with the funds withdrawal, on the next business day and sent out on the business day following that.
