When will my order be despatched?
We despatch orders placed before midday within 24 hours. This applies to all orders placed Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Saturday will be despatched on Monday or the next working day. Orders should be delivered within 48 hours however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We do not deliver on Saturday. Although we make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, shortages may occasionally occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery dates.
If the items are in stock we despatch orders within twenty four hours of receipt of order. If your order includes a ‘Pre-Order’ item, i.e. a new shoe that isn’t available yet but can be pre-ordered, it will be despatched on the release date. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Subject to stocks and cleared funds, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, normally same day if ordered before 4pm, using either Citylink courier service or Royal Mail postal services; please note we can normally only deliver to your registered credit card billing address. For larger items mainland UK delivery by courier costs 5.95 plus VAT) this is a fully insured courier service offering 24 hour delivery in 95% of the UK. Smaller parcels are sent Royal Mail first class for 2.95plus VAT.
