Queens has 30 Justices who hear motions and petitions on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays in Jamaica or Thursdays in Long Island City. The original return date in your notice will appear in the database and the matter will be administratively rescheduled to the following week before the assigned Justice on their motion day.
