The movant on an assigned matter is to notice any motion on the assigned Justice’s motion day. Failure to do so, the original return date in your notice will appear in the database and the Motion Support Office will administratively reschedule the motion to the following week. The movant shall be responsible for notifying all parties of the rescheduled date.
