Your Aetna Medicare Rx® Plan coverage begins on January 1 if you enroll in a plan between November 15 and December 31. If you enroll during your initial enrollment period, your coverage begins the first day of the month after the month you enroll and become eligible for Medicare. For example, if you enroll in Aetna Medicare on January 23 and you are already Medicare eligible, your Medicare plan will begin on February 1.
