your agent is 1/2 right. settle Dec 1 and the first payment isn’t due until Feb 1. Settle on wed 11/26 and your first payment is due Jan 1. Wed is NOT a holiday. Nor is Friday a holiday for banks. It will fund on Wed. It doesn’t matter if it’s not recorded until Monday. Payments are based on when the money was borrowed. Not when it’s recorded.
