When will my Chocogram™ be delivered?
Orders placed by 03:00 pm EST will be delivered overnight to most Australian destinations. It will not be possible to provide you with an exact time. Only the more remote country areas will take 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that we reserve the right, with extreme weather conditions, to delay dispatch on a Friday so that the chocolates are not in a hot warehouse over the weekend. If we do this to your order, we will notify you by email. Same day delivery orders for the Sydney metro region need to be placed before 10:30am to ensure timely delivery.(before 4:30pm same day) Weekend delivery times can be requested.
