If you submitted the remedial promptly then your application should still be considered in March, although don’t be surprised if you don’t receive an answer until April. If you’re really concerned, contact the ROTC department at the school you applied to and ask them.

I did all my application work, medical, interview, etc. at school and didn’t find out until early summer when I was at home. That was way, way back. Maybe things work faster now.
