Once Montana submits an application for reinstatement of Class Free status, USDA will review and consider the application. Provided there are no additional brucellosis cases detected in Montana and USDA determines Montana is adequately addressing requirements of the Brucellosis Eradication Program, it is possible that Montana could regain Class Free status as early as December 2009.
